Nagoya’s selection was formally adopted at the JCI General Assembly during the 2025 World Congress in Tunis, Tunisia, making it an official decision at the highest governance level of the organisation.

Junior Chamber International operates in more than 120 countries and territories, with over 200,000 members and approximately 5,000 Local Organisations worldwide.
