This year marks the 90th anniversary JCI Bruxelles celebrates as the first JCI Local Organization founded in Europe, in 1936. On Saturday 12 December 2026, JCI Bruxelles marks the occasion with “Meet Me in 1936 – The First Chapter”: a 1930s-inspired evening at La Bellone, a baroque 17th-century venue in the heart of Brussels, just steps from Sainte-Catherine and the Christmas Market.

The celebration takes place on Saturday 12 December 2026 at La Bellone, Rue de Flandre 46, 1000 Brussels (metro lines 1 and 5, Sainte-Catherine). Members staying in Brussels for the weekend can also join JCI Day 2026 (Sunday 13 December 2026), a separate JCI Belgium celebration held the following day.
Afternoon activities (14:00–17:00)
Before the evening programme, guests can join one of several optional guided activities in Brussels:
- A guided city tour of historic Brussels
- The Saint Odile Vinegar House
- The Brussels Sewer Museum
- A guided tour of St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral, including its crypt
