Training “Secure our Future”
This interactive session helps local presidents and members think ahead about business continuity and long-term sustainability.
It is taking place after the General Assembly lunch at Officenter Vilvoorde from 15h00 – 18h00.
Participants will look at how succession planning connects to overall strategy and business planning, and how to prepare people and structures for smooth leadership transitions. The training is practical and discussion-based, with simple tools and real-life examples that participants can easily adapt to their own organizations.
