During an intense weekend in August, about 96 incoming JCI Local Presidents from all over Europe gather in Gothenburg, Sweden to participate in a unique leadership training. Some of Europe’s most outstanding trainers give a four day training. Develop your leadership skills in an international setting
The European Academy is the springboard to (inter)national leadership within JCI. From July 31 to August 4, 2026, the JCI European Academy will take place in Sweden: a unique leadership week with ambitious participants from all over Europe. During this intensive program, you will develop your personal leadership style, learn to collaborate effectively in an international context, and gain practical tools to make an impact within JCI and beyond.

Background
JCI European Academy aims to increase the understanding and co-operation between future leaders from different countries. Our goal is to establish a forum of representatives from all over Europe to facilitate an exchange of experiences, knowledge, culture and values.
