Background and objectives
JCI European Academy 2026 was created to increase understanding and cooperation between future leaders from different countries. It offers a forum where participants can exchange experiences, knowledge, culture and values while building connections within JCI Europe.
The academy aims to stimulate new networks, encourage inter-European projects and support the growth of the JCI spirit, starting at local level. It also helps participants develop management skills, professional confidence and a stronger awareness of JCI’s identity, programmes and international impact.
The JCI European Academy 2026 is more than a training course. It is an unforgettable learning opportunity, a gateway to international friendship and a strong foundation for anyone who wants to grow as a leader within JCI and beyond.
