You run a project, take decisions, try things, mess up, learn fast, and then you rotate to the next challenge. No endless titles, no comfort zones. Just growth through action.
It’s a safe space to take risks you wouldn’t always get at work: leading people, managing budgets, speaking up, owning outcomes. Every project makes you sharper. And when you grow, you help the next person grow.
And sometimes? The scale is huge.
One such example was the organization of the 2022 European Conference in Bruges, bringing 1,500+ young leaders from across Europe together in one historic city. One project. Many leaders. Massive impact.
